Before first opening the store, we ordered a pretty sizable number of components (as well as a few cases) in order to figure out what, precisely, would be the best performance configuration for our users, while also at a reasonable cost to us. Our prototype machine was several weeks (and lots of love) in the making, and we ultimately settled on the specifications you can see listed below.

While these may not be the most staggeringly overpowered builds you’ve ever seen – and certainly look modest on paper – you’ll find them surprisingly strong machines. They’re MORE than capable of running every single title we offer at both highest resolution and highest settings on twenty-two inch (22″) widescreen monitors, with no performance issues whatever (aside from that natural, once-in-a-while stuff).
