What it is:

A costume contest themed exclusively around video-game characters or any costuming even parenthetically-related to video-gaming. Yes, things like Scott Pilgrim count.

(Dress like Ramona and run the risk of Damon attempting to mate with you, regardless of gender.)

How it works:

You show up to and participate in our anniversary, hang out, have a good time, and then we briefly interrupt DJ Hero to announce, congratulate, and reward one (or more) winners.

How we judge:

Naturally, the first thing we’re going to look for is gaming relevance (don’t worry about being original or obscure; If we don’t see the relevance, we’ll ask you). After that, we’ll be looking at the quality of construction and how accurate or analogous your costume is to the source or inspiration.
