This really has less to do with “the good of gaming” and more to do with proper customer service, informed technical support, and how a business should behave.

There are stores out there offering technical support and repair at ridiculously exaggerated prices. There are companies who essentially sit back and watch as their products regularly fail, doing little to compensate their customers or even charging them a preposterous fee to fix (sometimes temporarily) their faulty product.

Sadly, there is nothing we can do about the practices of manufacturers or the prices of our competitors, nor are we saying that every service out there is going to screw you over or rob you blind. Some businesses behave precisely as a business should, and it is not our intent to paint a picture.

We would, however, like to offer you an alternative to those occasional bad seeds.

As a PC and console repair service, we will ensure that you are informed precisely about the nature of the problem, what is required to fix it, what you’re paying for and why.

It is our belief that consumers should know as much as possible about the products they own, that they might be better equipped to avoid or handle any future eventualities. We also feel that the cost of repair should be kept to a minimum, and that customers should not have to pay an arm and a leg for problems that require little more than diagnosis.
