Well this one’s something of a doozy folks.

Have any of you heard of the Symphonic Anime Orchestra? Well they’ve heard of you and they’ve most certainly heard of this tournament, because they have decided to sponsor it with an incredibly generous donation of $225! That breaks down to an extra seventy-five dollars a person. Add that to our initial (and meager by comparison) twenty-five dollar payout and you are now looking at..

What’s that come to.. hmm.. carry the..

ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS per winning team member!

That’s right, thanks to this gratuitous display of wealth, folks planning on entering our upcoming League of Legends tournament can now count on a grand prize of $100 and eight free LAN hours per person. At only a five dollar entry, that’s one hell of a payout.

This thing just got serious.

Now, some info about our benefactors:

Symphonic Anime Orchestra

“The Symphonic Anime Orchestra is excited to be sponsoring [the better] part of Game On!’s League of Legends tournament. SAO is a fan based orchestra that plays anime and video game music at conventions across the US! Check out our website to learn more or buy our CD.”

The fellow what contacted us about this super-supplemental sponsorship has long been a friend of the store and once helped us resolve a nasty little issue we were having with our onboard audio by contributing a slew of soundcards on behalf of Friday Night FragFest.

By all means, check out the Symphonic Anime Orchestra and if you like what you see (and hear, hurr), be sure to pick up a digital copy of their album and keep an eye on their happenings.

Also, let’s all be sure to say THANK YOU!
