There are quite a few happenings coming up in the next week or so here at “Game On!”, not the least of which is our next fighting tournament. It’s tucked down at the bottom of the post, so be sure not to miss it. Also, don’t forget about our Aion showcase.

Friday Night Frag Fest Announcement/Pre-Reg Party
Saturday, October 3rd / Noon to 3:30 P.M.

Friday Night Frag Fest (FNFF.net) will be announcing their next Denver LAN event, while also offering food and pre-reigster discounts to those in attendance. Chances are that they’ll want to get in some gaming as well, so come out and have some fun.

“Nerdcore Rising” Screening
Tuesday, October 6th / 8:15 P.M.

This time we’ve got something a little bit different for you. We’ll be screening a copy of the recently-released documentary “Nerdcore Rising” which chronicles the rise of nerdcore hiphop and strongly features nerdcore rapper MC Frontalot. ($2 cover.)

Super/Street/Blaz Trio! Fighting Tournament
Saturday, October 10th / All Day

Yet another fighting tournament on its way, this time featuring Super Smash Bros. Brawl (Wii), Street Fighter IV (PS3), and BlazBlue (PS3) at 2:00 P.M., 5:00 P.M., and 7:00 P.M. respectively. All details regarding the tournament can be found in the official notice.
